The beloved family gratitude jar!

There is a place for a gratitude jar on everyone’s table. Pull out a mason jar or go pick out a fun jar with your kids at the local thrift store. Involve your kids in the process by pulling out some stickers and paints and allow them to decorate this new cornerstone in your home. Bring out some colored papers and pencils. Each day, sit down at the table together and allow everyone to write down what they are thankful for. Help write for the little ones. Go around the circle and share before folding up your gratitude and adding it to the jar. This can be a really great practice to implement at meal time in order to bring attention to the divine emotion of gratitude. Use this time to read a quote or two on gratitude from our list above.
